Decent chair, shipping could improve

I looked at both! I went with the EASWE A10 because it seemed to fold up smaller and the battery range was better for what I needed. Pride is good too, but for portability, I liked the EASWE.

Depends on your specific needs, but EASWE definitely feels more robust for daily outdoor stuff, while still being pretty easy to load in a car. Pride can be a bit heavier sometimes, afaik.

Does EASWE do doorstep delivery? I live in a building without an elevator and am worried about getting it inside.

From what I remember, they deliver to your door. I don't think they specifically carry it up flights of stairs though, you might want to double check that part.

My delivery was just to the ground floor entrance. You'd probably need someone to help you if it's a big package and you have stairs.

How long does it usually take for a chair to arrive in, say, Milan?

Mine took about a week to get to Florence. I think they quote around 3-5 business days for most of Italy, but it can vary a bit.

Yeah, I've got the A10 and it's pretty solid. I can usually go a full day of running errands and still have juice left. I think the D10 has an even bigger battery.

Mine's been great. I take it out for pretty long walks in the park and it holds up. Just remember to charge it regularly, like any other electric vehicle.

You usually have to provide documentation at checkout or after your purchase to prove eligibility. It's a standard thing for medical equipment.

They usually have a section on their site explaining it. Basically, if you qualify for the disability tax benefit, they'll apply the reduced VAT rate after you send them the required paperwork. Saved me a good chunk of change.
